2) Fill out and Sign the form.
3) Fax your signed Form back to us right away to 212-290-0253. This is a Secure and Dedicated fax line and is manned by the Learning Annex Starff.

Once you fax your registration, make a copy for yourself and mail the original to us at The Learning Annex, 48 West 37th Street, New York, New York 10018 - Attention: Mr. John Goodfriend. Your faxed form will serve as a pre-registration until we get the original by mail. You must mail your signed and completed registration form to us. Your registration will not be final until we receive it.
REGISTER EARLY. Booth space is assigned on a 'First Come, First Served' Basis! After the Exhibit Floor Plan is set, the Learning Annex will charge $1000 and $2000 more for Prime space on the floor! So Register Now and SAVE.
